The consultant will be part of the France department and will report to Regional IT Manager.
Job description:
The consultant will be primarily responsible for IT Site Support in Montoir, France.
- Global Service Desk agent (1st level telephone support to end-users)
- On-Site support (1st and 2nd level desk site support)
- Eyes and Hands for our outsourcing partners on-site.
- Supporting all IT-related equipment which is not supported by our outsourcing partners (Telephone system; Printers; )
- Support the production environment and their IT suppliers where needed.
Description of Mandatory Fields:

- Good communication skills
Skills and competence:
Somebody with the knowledge and experience to get up to speed fast in a complex environment; both technical and process wise. A good communication with the business and the other IT people in France and the rest of Europe is a must.
