Description
Consumer Brand Ambassador
Contract role in Hungary as a consumer brand ambassador. Successful candidates will ideally be the following:
Consumer facing role providing resolution and support to online consumers and global consumer care
Order taking and upselling/cross selling of products
Promotion of products through online beauty advice
Handling consumer enquiries though phone, email and webchat.
Liaise with external parties to obtain information to resolve queries.
Support the Net Promoter Score initiative and other department reporting requirements.
Achieve personal and team KPIs
Definition of Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with peers, management and suppliers to achieve the desired outcome.
- Provide advice, answer questions and promote our brands in every interaction
- Process consumer orders, providing information to enable cross selling and upselling of products
- Provide reports, resolve technical queries and undertake associated administrative activities
- Liaise with other teams and departments to ensure a full resolution for the consumer/service
- Highlight opportunities to improve processes and the consumer experience and communicate regularly with colleagues
- Maintain and update product related information, marketing, promotional events, pricing, etc, where applicable. Liaise with various internal teams to ensure knowledge is maintained and current on brands, products, marketing, promotional events and pricing.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The desire to exceed expectations and ability to take ownership of issues
- The ability to prioritise and manage the workload effectively, have a flexible approach, be able to work independently, but also a team player
- Previous experience and knowledge of systems and liaising with suppliers
- Ability to handle difficult situations and tasks
- Computer skills (MS Office)
