Contact Centre Solutions ArchitectOur client in Plano TX is currently looking for a full time, permanent employee to join their team as a Contact Centre Architect or Designer. They are looking for someone with multimedia/telecom/omni channel experience. Salary is approx k. No relocation assistance is available.
This position will be responsible for driving technology strategy for contact centre operations. The candidate needs experience with multimedia/telecommunications, Omni-Channel Customer Contact. Experience with Avaya Contact Centre products is desirable. The candidate ideally has a design or architectural background, and experience wither leading teams or leading projects.
