DESCRIPTIONThe Content Management Project Coordinator will track issues associated with a support team, maintain distribution lists, and track actions that are taken.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Support meetings, routine and adhoc for Content Management Support activities.
- Schedule meetings.
- Assist in collecting and setting agendas.
- Produce meetings minutes.
- Track actions.
- Maintain distribution lists.
- Maintain and track agenda items and escalated issues for resolution for DMF Platform and Managed applications.
- Maintain and track Content Management Support specific integration project schedules.
- Assist in creating, monitoring, and maintaining Content Management Support processes.
- Assist in tracking the program budget as it pertains to CM support.
- Assist the CM Support Lead to manage interactions with key stakeholders, sponsors and related projects as required.
- Produce progress reports and updates to management on a regular basis.
- Report progress and issues in agreed-upon periodic updates, in accordance with the established status reporting process for CM activities.
- Maintain CM content in the SharePoint.
- Must have ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prepare project schedules and monitor projects.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
- 1-3 years advanced SharePoint experience desired.
- 1-3 years advanced Project Coordination desired.
