In order to help them on this journey, Reed Professional Services are engaged on an exciting project where we need a Content Strategy Marketing Manager to join our team based in Canary Wharf to help us in assisting our client to build the bank of tomorrow.

Who will you be working for?

With a wealth of experience to draw on through working with customers from a variety of sectors including Banking, Media and Central Government, Reed Professional Services (RPS) understands the broad scope of identifying business opportunities from concept to delivery, with programmes that are end solution focused. Our emphasis is on developing quality from the outset, testing at every step to keep both budget and deliverables on track.

What will you be doing?

As a core member of RPS's Content Strategy Team, you will be joining the marketing team on the client site who are looking to launch many exciting propositions within the digital banking landscape. The project looks at products for target audiences across the retail and premier space and is now entering its delivery phase.

Your role will be responsible for receiving briefs from marketing managers and developing responses. You will be the essential co-ordination point between the brief owner, the product owner and the digital channels. Working alongside a number of senior stakeholders.

The role involves, gathering all relevant insight upfront to organize and deliver a customer journey/content mapping session with all key stakeholders/proposition owner.

Not everyone has the skills required for this role, so to be seriously considered, please have the following with regards to:

  • Experience: Significant content strategy experience especially for digital products.
  • Skills: You'll have the ability to manage large amounts of complex information with sound experience in Customer Journey Mapping, SEO, Content Strategy, Taxonomy and Digital Content Marketing. Has the understanding of market trend and can translate it into content for each target customer. Financial Services background would be an advantage.
