Description
I am seeking an interim Senior Nurse to join a CHC department based in the North West to operationally manage a Continuing Healthcare Live and Retrospective Assessment team on a short term basis.The Operational Lead for CHC, Complex Care and Clinical Quality will have responsibility for the day to day management and leadership of CHC/CC/CQ.
The Continuing Healthcare Operational Lead will be responsible for case management and review of all CHC/FNC and contribute to relevant Complex cases and responsibility for the band 5 and band 6 nurses completing assessments/other CHC
Continuing Healthcare Operational Lead will improve quality and performance monitoring of all CHC.
CHC Operational Lead will deal with Customer relations in relation to the CHC/CC team working in partnership with neighbouring NHS Organisations.
Effective management of first stage complaints, achieving local resolution where possible.
** Please note: Experience in CHC and Registered Background is essential, Social Work background will be considered **
