Contract Flex Developer - Dublin
My client are looking to take on an experience Flex Developer for an initial 6 month contract with the strong potential for an extension. There is an excellent daily rate on offer for the right candidate and there is a strong potential for an extension.
General knowledge
- GitHub/SVN
- Communicating with Server Side teams
- Knowledge with a build situation and build scripts - Maven
Flex UI development including knowledge/experience of
- Request design and functioning
- MXML and Action-Script and CSS skinning
- Module and request life cycles
ActionScript programming experience
- Server communications layer and debugging - JSON, XML, AMF
- Understanding of OOP and encapsulation
- Familiarity with MVC programming model and libraries such as SWIZ
- Knowledge of plugin security model and constraints
AIR knowledge and experience
- Understanding of AIR model
- Compiling AIR for mobile and desktop
- Extending functionality using ANE
- Maintaining/installing current versions
