Description
Contract Manager - Global Medical Affairs vacancy for globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your tasks:
- Reviewing GMA third-party contracts for compliance and alignment with company standards
- Assisting GMA teams in creating and executing new agreements, providing guidance as needed
- Collaborating closely with the procurement team to ensure seamless contract management processes
- Overseeing contract lifecycle management, including archiving and documentation, for easy retrieval and compliance
- Negotiating and executing Research Collaboration agreements to foster productive partnerships
- Providing support for Purchase Order creation and interface with Brickwork for financial transactions
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience in contract management or related roles, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry setting
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
