Urgent/Control and Automation Eng/6 months min/Cambridge/Urgent
My client due to increased workflow is looking for a control and automation eng. Spec from client below:
Professionally qualified Control & Automation Engineer required to join an expanding engineering consultancy operating across a broad range of industries in the UK and abroad. The successful applicant will join an established multi-discipline engineering team working on EPCM projects with large multi-national companies and smaller UK based industries. The role will encompass existing and new projects including design of new process facilities, plant upgrades, integration of new technologies and assisting clients with their feasibility and detail design engineering.
Role consists of developing control system & instrument specifications from process P&IDs including:-
Development of P&IDs; Input & Output Lists; Instrument Schedules; Instrument Datasheets; Control System Architectures; Control System Networks; Software Design Specifications; Control System Panel Specifications; Control & Instrument Single Line Diagrams & Loop diagrams; Short term site commissioning activities.
Experience of the following would be an advantage:- RSView ControlLOGIX Guardlogix Kinetix servos ControlNet Devicenet Wonderware orchestra Wonderware intouch Wonderware Inbatch ABB robots Cognex barcode scanning systems
The Company has been established over 44 years, is privately owned and based in the South East.
