Description
Main tasks:
- Install, validate, control business applications within agreed service levels: Creation of new Control-M jobs and schedules based on releases and Runbooks
- Maintenance of existing batch job applications.
- Daily checking of the batch-processes in Production and QA environments.
- Implement changes and solving incidents with or without other parties (3rd line).
- Inform users about standards and best practices.
- Team spirit and communication skills are key in order to achieve optimal productivity and
performance quality
