Description
Coordinator required immediately for a long term contract based in Hemel. You will coordinate and facilitate the ordering and provisioning of equipment and services as required to support the programme.
Responsibilities will include.
Check & validate call offs received from Regional staff against stock availability. Place orders and reservations as required on to SAP & ensure PO's or reservations are issued within appropriate SLA timescales. Manage asset transfers required by the regional teams. Ensure deliveries are made to there designated address within SLA. Monitor performance of forecast vs actual on equipment components per programme. Review and validate monthly forecasts placed on programmes, working with Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate would have experience with, Supply chain, sap and vendor management.
