Description
Coupa Functional Consultant to join an international end user on a remote contract engagement to support a global deployment across Europe & US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional configuration for Coupa and SAP integration, including end-to-end procurement processes.
- Provide functional expertise with Coupa within S/4 HANA environment.
- Configure and support Coupa Store Fronts functionalities.
- Work with SAP PO (Purchase Order) for Coupa–SAP integrations and interface monitoring.
- Configuration of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts processes.
- Troubleshoot integration and functional issues, including incident resolution and problem management.
- Analyse recurring issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, SAP teams and integration teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Support testing, deployments, documentation and continuous process improvements.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement and SAP integration.
- Previous experience with S/4 HANA is essential.
- Good understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
- Experience with SAP PO and integration/interface troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of catalogues, requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Strong incident, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an enterprise support or managed-services environment.
- Clear & concise communication skills in English is a MUST.
