CQV Automation EngineerLocation: Cork, Ireland
Contract length: 12 Months
Rate: Up to €60/Hr (Depending on Experience)
Optimus Life Sciences are working with a Global Pharmaceutical Company based in Ireland and together we are looking a CQV Automation Engineer for a fast-paced project. This project will last a minimum of 12 months initially. The proposed started date is ASAP, interviews will take place as early as tomorrow.
Overview
You will be responsible for Process IQ/OQ testing when required + Water & Solvent Batching using recipes on a Siemens PCS7 PLC. Process Equipment includes HTKs, Bio-Reactors, Filter Dryers, Centrifuges, Waste Tanks, Utilities.
Applicants must have C&Q / Automation Experience using ISA S88 design philosophy in an API Manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of;
- Protocol generation from Client supplied FDS's
- PCS7 operating knowledge
- API Pharma design experience
- API Pharma process safety knowledge
- API Pharma plant operations experience
- ISA S88 Batch experience
