Credit Risk Lead Data Architect/Engineer- Inside Contract
Alexander Ash are working with a Tier 1 banking firm who are looking for Credit Risk Lead Data Architects/Engineers who possess specific skills required for the role is knowledge of the bespoke ETL (extract, transform and load) framework used in the platform and knowledge of Credit Risk Data Models that are used in the Banks Credit Risk Management platform.
You will bring an innovative approach to software development, focusing on using the latest technologies and practices, as part of a relentless focus on business value. You will be someone who sees engineering as team activity, with a predisposition to open code, open discussion and creating a supportive, collaborative environment. You will be ready to contribute to all stages of software delivery, from initial analysis right through to production support.
Key skills:
- Knowledge of key models such as the regulatory models (PD, EAD, LGD), and also models supporting the credit decisions or the regularization activities is required.
- Full stack software development experience, with a good understanding of best practice CI/CD and DevOps principles.
- Understanding of Banking, and Investment Banking Products; ideally experience of Risk Management systems.
- Degree educated in a relevant academic discipline.
- Detailed understanding of Datamodelling, Data Warehouse Concepts, high performance database design for reporting and operational use cases, performance tuning, with experience of working with multi-terabyte data warehouses
Work Location: Hybrid; London.
Budgeted Rate: £725 PAYE rate per day; rate inclusive of holiday
