CRM Administrator required - Stockport - End User - £35,000 Plus benefitsCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) administrators are responsible for bridging the gap between their employers' CRM computer systems and the users. CRM software is designed to help businesses manage customer data, marketing, customer support, business processes, automated sales, employee management, and other applications.
Essential skills and experience.
*Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or other relevant subject.
*Highly numerate and able to evaluate multiple product offerings across a broad range of customer profiles.
*Good Systems and Processing Skills
*Excellent Analytical Skills
*Ability to manage multiple internal and external relationships.
*Ability to present information articulately both verbally and in written form.
*Experience of working with and configuring CRM solutions
*Up to date knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of using data.
Day to day duties.
1.Gather, identify, and analyse CRM system requirements and ensure that they are met.
2.Evaluate and configure the CRM system, provide detailed end user documentation and offer training for sales offices and departments.
3.Monitor data quality and support data migrations, and data integration.
4.Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems.
5.Creation and administration of reports to support the Management and Sales Offices
6.Support and assist where necessary the Input, Update and extract data from multiple customer/management information databases.
7.Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use.
