Description
The Business Analyst will take the lead in detailing the business processes and clarifying customer requirements. They will document functional and non-functional requirements. This could include updating Business Processes defined during HLS. They should be able to update Enterprise Architect (EA) model. Business analyst is responsible for identification and first assessment whether collected requirement is in project scope. In case of any discrepancies, BA will consult with KBU and JDA, and escalate issue to be solved if needed. This position will cover Accounts Receivable, Finance and Billing area.
Requirements:
A. Experience: rich experience of business definition and design in CRM/Sales area
B. Qualifications: knowledge of CRM, Sales, Omni-channel
C. Industry background: telco mandatory, nice to have TV experience
D. Education background: technical university preferred
E. Language: polish/English mandatory
