Description
We are currently looking for a CRM dynamics consultant with knowledge/experience of Cloud solution of Microsoft. Our client is looking for a consultant to install, configure and administrate the CRM dynamics solution and migrate it into the cloud.
It's a 3 months mission to start with possible extensions. Starting date would be as soon as possible.
CRM Dynamics consultant:
- 2nd - 3rd level support of CRM Dynamics solutions
- Performance tuning of CRM platform
- Deployment guidelines definitions
- Installation, configuration and administration of CRM Dynamics solutions on premises and in the cloud
- Support to the CRM Dynamics and Sharepoint development communities.
- Technical Training organisation
- Experience 3-5 years working with Dynamics CRM
- 5 years' experience working with SQL/SSRS/SSIS
- Experience with CRM licensing
- Experiences in Microsoft SharePoint, .NET, Azure are a strong plus
- Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations
- Experience with employee training and CRM support/troubleshooting
- Experience in ADFS
- Good Basis in network Knowledge (TCP/IP, loadbalancing, )
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Additional certification is a plus:
- Certification as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist (MCTS).
- SharePoint Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional work outside of normal working hours or weekend/holiday work)
- Strong tracking, coordination and planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
