CRM Solutions Architect- Salesforce, Dynamics 365, REST, SOAP- London
My client has an urgent requirement for an CRM Solutions Architect with a strong background in Higher Education Sector.
Key Skills:
- Experience of delivering enterprise CRM solutions for large organisations, with a focus on delivering seamless customer journeys supported by efficient business processes. Able to Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture.
- Experience of leading CRM implementations from a functional, interface, integration and data migration perspective, leading specialist workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and document solutions.
- Solid background in Application Architecture with experience of integrations using a variety of protocols including REST and SOAP
- A good understanding of information management practices including information life cycle management, Datamodelling and master data management.
- Experience of working within the Higher Education sector, with an awareness of its objectives and functions
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce is desirable.
