If you are a CRM Specialist- (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) consultant - and you are based or willing to travel to brussels then I have a exciting opportunity for you.Based in Brussels - you would need to be on site 3 days a week
This project will run for 9 month +
English speaking project, but if you have Dutch or French that would be prefered
Role:
- Part of the Customer's Retention/Engagement Department.
- Responsible for supporting the CRM team in developing and implementing CRM & loyalty strategies.
- Focus on increasing loyalty, engagement, retention, and sales.
- Create customer journeys and marketing communications, mainly through the email channel.
- Work closely with the Digital team and local markets.
- Participate in various digital projects and support the digital roadmap.
- Work with the digital agency to ensure newsletters are executed effectively.
- Tasks include newsletter execution, supporting digital campaigns, managing growth hacking and AB testing, guiding local markets, supporting loyalty program implementation, personalizing data-driven communication, and more.
- Contribute to data acquisition and enrichment strategies.
- Prepare monthly reports on database growth and campaign performance.
- Support GDPR-related topics.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred.
- Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Experience with database management is a plus.
- Knowledge of image editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

This role requires a candidate with strong analytical and digital marketing skills, proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
