Flint CS CORE/IMS Support Engineer
please note that this role starts in mid-March 2016!
We are Flint Consulting, a leading Integration Company to the Telecoms industry. We are currently providing ongoing Operational Support which includes Level 3 support activities for a number of IMS implementations.
We are therefore seeking a number of CS Core/IMS Support engineers ideallywith Huawei IMS/Core experience to work as part of the service in different locations within Europe
As the CS Core/IMS Support Engineer you will be part of the Operations team to manage escalations around the IMS Core. It will be your responsibility to resolve 90% of the issues. As the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) towards the Vendor you will be responsible for managing the further 10% of technical issues that arise with them on an ongoing basis.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include the following:
- Be part of the Core Back Office Operations organization, taking care of trouble tickets and customer complaints escalated to Back Office
- Support advanced troubleshooting and propose resolutions
- Support with smaller projects/activities
To succeed in this role you will have the following competence/skills:
- Operational experience on Huawei CS & IMS core
- Support CS-Back Office/set up routines and procedures
- Handle daily tickets as Back Office Engineer
- Experience with OSIX (Desired)
