Paperless Pipeline is the small, profitable, and growing company behind the most friendly real estate transaction software on the market. We’re looking for someone to join our team on a full-time, contract basis as a Customer Advocate to help us maintain and exceed the outstanding reputation we’ve built with our customers.
You’ll begin a typical day by answering support requests through email and live chat, and continue to respond as questions come in throughout the day. You’ll also keep our users up-to-date on improvements to the system, lead training webinars, help enhance our social media presence, and more.
This is a remote position so you can work from anywhere—and you’ll work about 40 hours per week. We’re flexible on when you start and end your workday, but most of your time needs to fall within the typical work day.
