My banking client based in Edinburgh, due to project demands require a Customer Experience Business Analyst to support them on their digital channels project.
Key responsibilities/requirements:
- Guide the design and implementation of customer experiences across all digital channels
- Simplify and improve the customer experience to make sure that digital experiences are optimised in the delivery of speed and effectiveness
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesion in the digital experience in order to build customer trust and advocacy
- Build strategic thinking across the business to develop an awareness of disruptors and innovators in digital experience
The skills you'll need:
- Experience of agile ways of working
- Knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA
- Experience of project governance and delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Preferably knowledge of Digital and the challenges we face
