A successful financial services company are looking to recruit for a Customer Experience/Services Complaints Strategy Consultant to re-evaluate and design their Customer Experience department, with particular focus on Complaints.
The role will involve strategic design and consultancy on the people and processes, culminating in the design of changes to be implemented within the department
The successful individual will come from a Financial Services background where they have had experience in designing and implementing strategy within a Customer Experience environment.
They must also have experience of the Complaints area of Customer Services.
To successfully apply for the role of Customer Experience/Services Complaints Strategy Consultant you will be able to show examples of successful projects where the complaints department in particular have benefited from your consultancy.
