Richmond - £170 to £200 Per Day DoE - 9 month contract
My client, who is an online retailer, is looking for an Customer insight Analyst to join their team in July.
We are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Marketing Analyst that will utilize exceptional problem-solving, analytic and communication skills to support Marketing, Product Management and CS business units with relevant metrics and data ranging from complex user journeys to simple ad response queries
This position will suit a Marketing Analyst or CRM Analyst that has specifically worked with large customer or marketing datasets and has experience with SQL and data manipulation. Attention to detail is crucial.
Job Requirement
- Previous experience in an analytical role is essential - preferably from a consumer web, E-commerce, retail or media agency background
- Experience in providing actionable marketing analytics and optimization or offline equivalent (media/creative testing, CRM/direct marketing list management etc.) would be a distinct advantage
- Experience in developing and running segmentation and test and learn marketing programme
- Strong academic profile with an emphasis on quantitative skill (eg degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL is essential. VBA expertise would also be a bonus
- Proven commercial technical ability within one or more of the following R, SPSS, Python or SAS
- Must be an experienced user of Google Analytics
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Experience working with senior managers and executives.
- Experience managing complex projects to tight timelines.
- Ability to dive into a high degree of detail, yet keeping the big picture and main strategy going.
