An exciting opportunity to join a high profile client based in Central London. The Head of Consumer and Market Insight will identify strategic business focus and continuous improvements for the organisation by commissioning, collecting interpreting and using insights, outsights and evaluation, ensuring there are effective knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
You must have the following skills:
* Proven ability in the production and interpretation of strategic customer and market insights/market research (both qualitative and quantitative) and organisation- level evaluation analysis.
* Extensive knowledge, and practical application of, complex insight, research and performance evaluation methodologies, systems and practices including, in particular, the analysis of substantial and detailed customer and channel level Real Time data
* Expert in the formation and application of customer decisioning rule sets
* Substantial influencing and senior-level stakeholder management skills
* Deep understanding of effective knowledge working and sharing approaches.
* Expert in presenting complex information and insights effectively to different audiences (eg senior management, industry groups, customer groups).
