Customer Insights Manager

My client who are a medical products and technology company are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Insights Consultant to join their team. Please note this role is paid via an umbrella company.
As an experienced Customer insights manager, you will be responsible for the following.
Market Research
- Develop market research plan(s) aligned to Brand plan strategy and objectives.
- Ensure market research is conducted to meet agreed objectives and is utilised by the business to its full potential.
Market Understanding
- Extract, collate, analyse, interpret and forecast data as required for both existing products and potential new products
- Develop product and competitor knowledge, awareness of the market environment and sales and marketing strategies and to enable higher quality research and interpretation.
Support the development and maintenance of models that use regular data sources.
Insights Generation
To organise market research and brand team insights to inform the patient journey for products and therapy areas. This begins with assessment of the robustness of the current patient journey, collation of all existing research and knowledge, sharing with wider brand team and supporting the update and review of the patient journey by the brand team.
Develop brand team Insight gathering plan and facilitate the process within the brand team
Deliver market research and brand team insight gathering to an agreed budget.
Qualifications & Competencies
Knowledge - Knowledge of CRM, SFE tools and systems
Knowledge of sales force measures and metrics as well as of the fundamental aspects of affiliate
