My client a leading solutions provider are seeking to recruit a Customer Project Manager and you will bring the below skill set:
Min 10 years of IT experience, out of that 4 years in Leading a team or Project Management in Software Development environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills with proven record
Able to understand requirements from customer, evaluate and work on planning along with technical team
A good team leader and able to set the right governance and communication channel within the team
Directs and coordinates work within the implementation team.
Develop quality reviews that ensure commitments are delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
Accountable for customer satisfaction
Ensure implementation projects are delivered on schedule and on budget per the negotiated contracts with client.
Efficiently manages communications with client, local and offshore project teams
Ensure tracking costs, expenses, resource utilization, issues and risk on assigned projects. Own timely escalation to higher management.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up system to ensure timely and accurate handling of information requests.
Leading and motivating team members
Desirable
Knowledge of Telecom domain
Knowledge of Onsite Offshore working model
