Office Support Administration - Maastricht

Our leading telecoms client is looking for a Dutch and English speaking support consultant with strong communication skills.

Your main Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for administrator's tasks, with predefined goals for internal and external customers.
* Provide service via phone and handle online requests from internal and external customers, according predefined procedures.
* Provide efficient, task oriented and customer friendly service
* Interest in telecommunication and following market trends around related new products and services
* Experience with Number Portability, Retention and Acquisition processes.
* Pro-active to improve customer experiences, employee involvement and increase business value
* Team player and mature to handle customer information in high advance software systems.
* Handle task according predefined procedures and conditions

Languages: Dutch and English

Required Technical Skills:
* At least MBO+ level.
* Experiences with computer systems, including standard software (like: word, excel, outlook) and Internet.
* Experiences phone customer services
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
* Excellent administration skills
