We are seeking Customer Service Rep who has experience within a manufacturing environment for a 6 months contract in Norcross, GA

Transportation background strongly preferred. Strong candidates will have experience in CSR dealing specifically with logistics within a manufacturing environment. Preferred experience not only managing client/customer accounts, but also with scheduling deliveries and/or pickups of freight.
2. Call center is not a fit for this position. Account management skills are beneficial as the CSR works with a set list of businesses. B2B customer service is required; End user CSR is not the right experience fit.
3. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment preferred.
4. Receives and processes routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
5. Maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff. Incumbents utilize knowledge of products and product availability to provide a communications link to the customer.
6. Applies advanced skills to the position within assigned functional area. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Assignments are broad in nature and generally require originality or ingenuity.
7. Works under minimal supervision.
8. 3-5 years experience.
