DESCRIPTIONThe Customer Service Representative will process incoming orders. Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) of a moderately complex nature.
Responsibilities
- Process Underwriting Bind requests
- Broker follow-up for quotes, renewal applications, and bind requests
- Notice of cancellation and reinstatement
- Image to customer file - certified mail receipts
- Early review identification
- Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and two to four years experience
