Customer Service Representative
Amsterdam, start is asap, gross per month, full-time position only. Languages: English and Scandinavian languages.
The role of the Customer Service Representative is for a leading pharmaceutical organization.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
- Liase between Account management and customers
- To place orders, track orders and manage all issues related
- Manages Order to book
- Handling quality issues
Required for Customer Service Representative:
- Master or HBO level
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
- Good communications skills
- Strong team worker
- Available 40 hrs per week
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and problem solving skills
