Customer support project planner - Urgent

Introduction
The sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of systems at customer locations, as well as transferring all relevant knowledge and supporting the customer in the use of these systems in his production process. Customer Support Engineering takes care that effective support of the customer by local personnel is possible by providing knowledge, technical support and occasional engineering work at the customer site. The Customer Support Equipment New Project Introduction department manages the service related introduction of new technologies into the worldwide service organization.

Job Mission
Customer support project planner The project planner mission is to achieve a flexible, reliable and optimized planning for upgrades on machines at the customer side.

Job Description
- Customer support project planner Plan, schedule and arrange (customer support) resources for the installation of upgrades on machines at the customer side.
- Monitor and control the progress of the overall upgrade planning. Customer support project planner will Attend and organize relevant meetings and reviews in order to realize the plan.
- Determine the consequences of proposed plan changes and related actions on project and program level. Report progress and discrepancies to project leaders.
- Customer support project planner Management reporting to stakeholders and project managers. Represent the CS department in periodical planning meetings.
- Maintain digital documentation about the upgrades (including status, planning, roadmaps, etc).

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering/Technical Business Administration/Business Economics. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree + a background in business administration or industrial engineering.

Experience
At least 2 years of relevant working experience as a project planner or scheduler in a relevant environment (for example: planning of infrastructural projects).

- Team player with excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch & English.
- The work requires commitment and a flexible attitude towards frequent changes in planning and approach. The candidate is able to provide Real Time updates on the fly.

- The Customer Support Project Planner reports to the CS NPI Manager.
