Customer & Marketing Director
My large corporate client is looking for a Customer & Marketing Director to join their busy team based in London.
The Customer & Marketing Director will work closely with colleagues who are planning and tracking progress of the Programme to ensure an up to date picture is maintained. Ensuring that actions are progressed and highlighting areas where insufficient information is likely to cause a problem.
The Customer & Marketing Director will have the following Skills & Experience:
*Experience of leading major channel shift in a multi-channel environment as Customer Director or similar
*Experience of delivering a cohesive strategy, using social, marketing analytics, customer insight to drive customer behaviour change
*Experience of effectively monitoring customer service and satisfaction using unstructured (eg social listening) and structured data to drive improvements
*Ability to influence a range of challenging senior stakeholders to support your programme of work
