Description
A major defense organisation is expanding its Cyber Security Concept Developer team and is looking for several experience NATO SECRET CLEARED professionals to join as freelancers based in Den Haag (The Hague).
Core skills requirements are below. You MUST be NATO cleared to be successful in this position, domestic clearance is insufficient.
SKILL, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Skills, Competencies and Toolset Knowledge:
Experience in concept development and validation
Experience with cyber security architecture development
Experience in requirements management and system design of cyber security systems
Experience in implementation of CIS Security capabilities in an operational environment
Deep knowledge in cryptographic technologies and associated key management infrastructures
Deep knowledge Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Deep knowledge in assessment of state of CIS Security, including risk management
Essential Certifications and Graduations
Individual shall hold a Personal Security Clearance (PSC) at least to level of NATO SECRET and a degree equivalent to at least Master degree (preferably in Computer Science and/or Information Security). If such an educational level has not been attained, extensive or unique knowledge or experience is required.
