Dynamics 365 Solution Architect – Spain (Remote)Project Overview
We are supporting a large international organisation with a mature and highly customised Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate. The platform has been in operation since approximately 2016 and supports over 4,500 monthly active users across more than 20 countries.
The environment includes:
  1. Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing/CRM
  2. Microsoft Power Platform
  3. Azure-hosted infrastructure and integrations
  4. Extensive custom development and enterprise integrations
The organisation operates a dedicated team of approximately 40 professionals across business and IT functions, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Programme Managers, Developers, Integration Specialists, Azure Engineers and Dynamics/Power Platform experts.
The delivery model combines internal and external resources (roughly 50/50 split) and leverages multiple strategic suppliers to maintain delivery flexibility and reduce dependency on any single vendor.
Current Environment & Demand
The platform portfolio consists of:
  1. ~30% operational support and enhancement work
  2. ~70% project delivery, including:
  3. New business capabilities
  4. Enterprise integrations
  5. Dynamics and Power Platform development
  6. New application builds and strategic initiatives
The organisation continues to invest heavily in its Microsoft ecosystem and is expanding its technical capability within Spain.
Requirement
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join a growing team and take ownership of technical solution design across the Microsoft business applications landscape.
This is a remote-first opportunity based in Spain, with occasional quarterly travel and additional project-related travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales, CRM and Marketing initiatives.
  2. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  3. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and stakeholders across multiple countries.
  4. Provide technical leadership to development teams.
  5. Support architecture decisions spanning Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
  6. Oversee solution quality, governance and best practices.
  7. Participate in agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and release management.
Required Experience
  1. Strong Dynamics 365 CRM/Sales/Marketing architecture experience.
  2. Proven technical background with hands-on engineering knowledge.
  3. Experience leading development teams and technical workstreams.
  4. Strong understanding of solution design, integrations and enterprise architecture.
  5. Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  6. Experience working within Agile delivery environments and regular release cycles.
Desirable Skills
  1. C# and .NET development experience.
  2. Power Platform architecture and governance experience.
  3. Azure integration and cloud services knowledge.
  4. Spanish language skills.
