Data Analyst (SAS) Contract Dublin 6 months.
My client a leading name in their market is in urgent need of a talented and experienced SAS Data Analyst to join them on a contract basis for 6 months (with view for extension)
Candidates will be required to create SAS process flows, Creating SAS programs (mainly using Embedded Teradata SQL), You will also create SAS programs for generating input data for the models.
Successful candidates will be good at Requirement gathering, documentation, presentation and interaction with business stakeholders. Candidates will have good knowledge of Teradata, Tuning problematic queries, Assist in space management through compression. You will be able to develop Unix Scripts for executing SAS programs, Using code management repository. You will be capable of doing Business Acceptance Test/User acceptance test and System Integration test. You will be required to transform the business requirement into scripts. Candidates will have technical knowledge of data models and database design (Should know what is Tier 1, Tier 2, Financial Data mart etc.).
