Description
My client is a leading insurer with large operations in Paris, the business have recently started a large transformation programme to roll out a single life and health policy administration system globally - the location of this role is in Paris and London (Predominantly Paris)
Required Experience:
*Minimum 5 years total PM/BA experience
*Demonstrated experience on data transformation projects (eg ETL, etc.) or data management projects
*Demonstrated experience on implementation of Web based solutions
*Demonstrated ability to work independent
*Demonstrated ability to talk both with Business Users and Technical Teams
*Demonstrated ability to gain knowledge of business
*Demonstrated ability to have an production/operational role on a project
Deliverables:
*Define Business processes
*Take part to every functional workshop related to the data transformation tool
*Participate to the identification and review Business requirements/specifications
*Seek clarification on open functional topics related to the data transformation tool
*Challenge Business functional requirements and mitigate the risk of over-engineering the data transformation tool
*Organize and follow-up internal validation of requirements/specifications
*Define test scenarios, test cases and take part to the creation of test data.
