Description
- The scope of work is to be the Customer Project Manager for the Data Charging (Swap) project
The work required to be performed is listed (but not limited) to the following:
- Main customer interface for all the project activities
- Cost Control, Time control, customer communication etc
- Work hand in hand with the CSR and ACR during the project lifetime
- Work hand-in-hand with the CS5.0 Upgrade project manager due to the dependencies between the 2 projects
- Manage the Data Migration from Volubil to CS5.0
- Scope Control
- Resources Management
Required
- Senior level project management skills
- At least 5 years of experience Managing Charging projects
- full understanding of Ericsson Charging system nodes and components
- previous experience managing projects with Ericsson
- Fluent English language
- Excellent financial understanding and customer relations skills
