Description
Tasks:•Develop high-quality scripts and pipelines with detailed documentation to perform molecular analysis of internal clinical Real-World Datasets (RWD) for oncology patients, using the R environment.
•Apply developed scripts to different internal datasets and perform QC checks.
•Apply various multi-omics ML approaches for molecular data to identify molecular subtypes in the dataset, compare the outcome of methods using defined metrics.
•Optimize existing analysis scripts by refactoring the code and introducing additional QC checks.
•Present analysis outcomes as R Markdown reports and final presentations in regular weekly meetings.
Qualifications:
•Expertise in machine learning and R programming.
•Experience in developing and applying scripts and pipelines for data analysis.
•Strong background in oncology molecular and clinical data analysis.
•Familiarity with QC procedures and checks.
•Ability to present results in various formats, including R Markdown and presentations.
