The collator is required to enter into a database a backlog of relatively recent CT related threat information and older hardcopy holdings and assist with the setting up processes to make future input and retrieval more efficient and streamlined. The CTW is required for the remainder of FY12 and will be fully funded by the project budget and the requirement is not expected to continue into the next financial year, the backlog of recent information has been caused by the loss of the staff member who previously undertook this work and some high-profile tasking that has prevented other staff from addressing it.
The hardcopy holdings were previously not deemed to be of particular interest, however, the information contained has become more and more relevant in recent months. In addition it is not available in soft copy form elsewhere.
Essential Criteria
- Excellent organisational and data entry skills utilising MS Excel based software.
- Evidence of involvement in process improvement
- SC Clearance
Desirable Criteria
- Familiarity with military operational data and its collation to support the intelligence process
- You will be required to hold a minimum of SC security clearance. If you do not hold an active SC clearance please familiarise yourself with the vetting process before applying.
