Role summary
A delivery manager is needed to deliver parts of the processing technology program. This will be delivered as a hybrid solution partial on on-prem systems (cloudera), partially in the cloud (AWS). This will form a critical part of our infrastructure to support the ambitious Goal of reaching 'outputs in a year'.
Leading a team of internal staff as well as third party resource to deliver a technology solution. Working to plan resourcing, and coordination between team members and unblock issues encountered by the teams. Liaising with the business to update them on project progress and channel feedback into project delivery. Work to optimise delivery, innovating and iterating to deliver the best solution possible in the project timeframes
Essentials skills
- Agile/DevOps Project Management and tool use (JIRA/Confluence etc)
- Managing a Technology Project Delivery
- AWS platform experience
- Managing third parties/Matrix Management
