Project Description:
For our client eMan and their end clients, we are looking for an experienced Senior Delphi Full-Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of the LCA product family.
The role covers work across desktop applications, backend services, APIs, and data layers. The consultant will be involved in both new development and maintenance of existing solutions, including refactoring, technical improvements, and system modernization.

Project duration: 6 months with an option to extend
Location: Remote, ideally with availability to travel onsite to Budapest once per month
Candidate location: Czech Republic / Slovakia / EU

Start: ASAP
MD rate: up to 430 Euro/MD

Responsibilities:
  1. Full-stack development and maintenance across desktop, backend, data, and API layers.
  2. Development of applications and services in Delphi and C#.
  3. Design and implementation of RESTful APIs and integrations with ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.
  4. Analysis of requirements and proposal of technical solutions and estimates.
  5. Refactoring and improvement of existing modules.
  6. Addressing technical debt and contributing to system improvements.
  7. Working as part of an Agile Scrum team.
  8. Development of unit tests and execution of white-box testing.
  9. Maintenance of technical documentation.
  10. Providing 3rd-level support for production issues.
  11. Contribution to technology modernization initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:
  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.
  2. Strong experience with Legacy Delphi, specifically Delphi 10 Magento.
  3. Experience with SQL Server.
  4. Experience with implementing and consuming APIs.
  5. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
  6. Experience with JSON and XML.
  7. Experience using packages and libraries.
  8. Experience working in a Scrum environment.
  9. Good command of English.
  10. Willingness to travel onsite to Budapest approximately once per month.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  1. Experience with C# development.
  2. Experience with integrations to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or PLM.
  3. Experience with refactoring legacy systems.
  4. Experience addressing technical debt.
  5. Experience with modernization of older applications.
  6. Experience with unit testing and white-box testing.
  7. Experience providing 3rd-level production support.
  8. Previous full-stack development experience across desktop and backend applications.
