Description
• Provide first and second-level support for the upgrade to Windows 10• Work with each client to make sure checklist items are completed and ensure that the laptops are issue-free
• Responsible for receipt, configuration, and delivery of new equipment, if/where applicable
Qualifications:
• Minimum one year of experience in Helpdesk support and Customer Service Support
• Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System support and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Products including 2013
• Ability to function in a fast changing environment
• Strong verbal/written communication in both Swedish and English.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships.
