Our customers are several business lines from the Support Functions. The resource will typically manage in parallel one or several applications, while keeping a global overview on a variety of topics and activities (including belonging to other teams). He/she will have a sufficient degree of autonomy, while keeping the final responsibility of the delivered product(s).
A non-exhaustive list of applications supported can be found below:
Siport: parking counters, reports, Scripting, E-Welcome, staging kiosk PC's, interactions Traka, NacAV, link to SAP, new badges
Branch Time Clocking
Building Access: development
Milestone: dashboard, spotmonitor, PC staging for IC
SecurInstaller: Gunnebo Dashboard
Sirene remainders: GNS, extract data from Milestone & Gunnebo, link to DNS
Lucas/Oscar: staging and installation cashpoint PC's, reporting, link to Siport
Traka: interactions SiPort
Winguard: client PC staging, Firewalls
SIRE/NITT/ESI: support IT
FAC TN applications: installation, Firewall requests
Must Have:
- C# .NET knowledge (+ OO Concepts & application design skills)
- SQL Server (queries/stored procedures/LinQ)
- Basic Windows Administration & troubleshooting skills
- Windows Server
- Windows Scripting (Powershell/NT Shell)
- Basic Network Knowledge: DNS/Proxy/Firewall
- Basic IIS deployment (and/or ASP .NET)
- Technical documentation skills
- analytical skills & coordination skills
