DevSecOps Engineer

Role Description:

Our client is a global financial institution with a significant presence in Europe. The company serves approximately 37 million clients across 40+ countries. Their offerings encompass savings, investments, loans, and mortgages for individual and corporate customers. The bank prioritizes customer experience and continuous innovation, often collaborating for rapid market introduction of disruptive concepts. Sustainability is a central aspect of their strategy, as they support environmentally conscious initiatives and receive positive ESG evaluations from reputable agencies.

Currently, the bank is in the process of creating a new cloud security dedicated team. The team will focus on building the Azure cloud environment from scratch, hence, they are looking for experienced DevSecOps Engineers that would aid the project. The main purpose of the project is to enhance security practices at the bank, and to seamlessly integrate security into the software development life cycle.

Your responsibilities:

• Assess the application security by pentesting using SAST tooling
• Perform security code reviews in Java/C#/Python/Go
• Set up data pipelines in Azure
• Participate in Kubernetes deployments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevSecOps Engineer/Application Security Engineer or related
• Experience with containerization tooling: Kubernetes, Helm etc.
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Code
