• Proven track record (10+y experience) implementing DevSecOps (not just a DevSecOps engineer but leading the implementation )
• Experience with SAP is a Must have
• Change management skills ( to align Leaderships, Architects and other stakeholders like RTE’s)
• Project management skill to create a planning and deliver DevSecOps pipelines for key products
• Lead DevSecOps engineers to implement the way of working
