Role: Digital Delivery Manager
Daily Rate: Negotiable (inside IR35)
Length of contract: until November 2021
Location: London
Our client a large public sector body is currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to act as a cross-functional lead between CIO, JBC and supplier teams for effective operational performance of one or more data platforms relied upon across Test & Trace platform
. There are currently 3 focus areas for the role: (1) BAU delivery (2) Platform migration to Halo (3) Contractual re-tendering
. Responsible for agreeing a delivery assurance agenda and operating model with CIO, JBC leadership for the incumbent service provider(s)
. Be accountable for following the delivery assurance agenda against the incumbent service provider, providing regular updates and escalations as required
. Recruit, manage and set the agenda for a Delivery Assurance team
. Be accountable for identifying and communicating all risks, issues and dependencies that exist with regards to the operation of one or more data platforms
. Provide support and offer guidance to the JBC Product Owner, and to provide input on priority actions as part of the sprint planning process
. Engage supplier leadership and provide constructive feedback and direction on expected ways-of-working behaviours and performance
. Shadow the migration process, ensure that activities are taking place in line with plans and assumptions
. Provide input to the commercial retender process for the supply of data platform services, to help define ways of working and scope of services required
