Description

The Ecommerce Marketing Manager plays a critical role leading the strategic planning and execution of global E-Commerce project. S/he will collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to maximize traffic from both customer acquisition and retention opportunities. This role will also focus on driving conversion through user experience, site content, direct & social marketing, and personalization.

Responsibilities - The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will lead the development of digital marketing strategy, site functionality to optimize the user experience, and creative to execute the product and seasonal campaign vision. - Leverage site analytics to create, measure, analyze and optimize marketing related content performance of the experiences and provide insights and key learnings to affiliated teams. - Contribute to thought leadership for the digital communications strategy and support ongoing digital education and information sharing.- Responsible for maintaining efficient and collaborative working relationships with key internal partners to effectively drive cross functional projects and campaigns (Creative, Copy, Merchants, IT, etc.).- Responsible for developing key performance indicators in conjunction with analytics teams and presenting the performance of digital marketing initiatives to internal teams and leadership.- Develop marketing briefs and communications to guide projects, and maintain an active role in planning, organizing, and monitoring all aspects of projects to ensure engagement, commitment, timelines, and risk are effectively managed.- Ensure key marketing deliverables are on-time and on-budget by effectively prioritizing projects, allocating resources, making timely decisions and managing expectations.- Reports to a director in Marketing as well as a VP in the Ecommerce team.

Qualifications- 5+ years of experience; passion for e-commerce is required- Luxury retail experience a must, online and multi-channel retail experience preferred- Experience driving incremental return through SEO, SEM, and digital CRM- Proven experience in building effective cross-functional team relationships - Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to keep the brand relevant- Solid communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate objectives, strategies, tactics and meaningful measurement to leadership teams- Must be a decisive, action oriented individual with experience influencing and leading others- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment- Ability to navigate an organization and build consensus- Experience with Web Analytics platforms- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint -
