Digital Product Owner - Contract - Dublin, Ireland
My client a top pharmaceuticals company is currently looking to recruit a Digital Product Owner to join its team in Dublin, Ireland on a contract basis.
The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with the business and being known as the subject matter expert for all things web
- Looking beyond the immediate request to see the scope in an idea to add value at an Enterprise level
- Understanding the need for regular review cycles of requirements with stakeholders
- Solutions which you propose will be compliant, realistic, and value adding - while also ensuring compliance to the unique pharma regulatory landscape.
- Proposing a technical solution as you are at itemising a detailed cost plan and estimate
- Ensuring that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services
- User Experience is key and will be something that will be a core part of your day to day role.
- Ensuring consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications and interlinked product and project documentation
The key skills for Digital Product Owner:
- Solid web experiences, from either the business or IT perspective - with hands on CMS experience
- Broad high-level technical skill set, to include knowledge of Drupal, EpiServer, general Web Technologies such as HTML5, XML, Google Analytics
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of Project Management
- Good knowledge of IT solutions in scope of business domain (like CMS, Web technologies, voice technologies, chatbots etc)
- Business consulting experience, advising and collaborating with business and IT senior stakeholders to derive solutions
