A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Direct Sales Finance Manager working for a leading telecoms company based in Berkshire.
The successful candidate will need to leverage their commercial expertise, their understanding of a financial reporting environment, and knowledge of our client's various propositions to provide timely and consistent information to the business with regard to the performance. They will also develop recommendations to drive performance through increasing sales and acquisition margin.
The responsibilities for the Direct Sales Finance Manager will include:
-Taking ownership for achieving the Profitable Business targets aligned to Sales within the Company Plan
-Generating insights into the movement of key KPIs vs. quarterly forecast and budgets, along with making recommendations for corrective action
-Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of Sales Performance
-To deliver efficient and effective communication to senior management with regard to Acquisition financial performance-related issues, updating on variances, explanations and corrective actions where applicable.
The Direct Sales Finance Manager must have the following key skills:
-Professional Financial Accounting Qualification- ACCA, CIMA
-Post qualification experience
-Proven ability to build and influence relationships at a senior level
-International exposure within a large telecommunication business
-Experience of working within a Telecoms sector in sales department
